Covid-19 – Update

April 3, 2020

The Governor of Ohio has issued a Stay at Home Order with many essential services continuing to operate. To continue and provide the services our customers require and to help keep our staff and customers safe, our ‘A-Team’ technicians are working from their home offices and we will utilize the following means to serve our customers while social distancing:

  1. Telephone
  2. Email
  3. Video conferencing via ‘Teams’ or ‘GoToMeeting’

For our ‘A-Team’ members on-site in our datacenter, we are taking appropriate measures to protect us all. On-site visitor access is limited. We check our own temperatures every day, we have hand wipes and hand sanitizer available in our office for everyone’s convenience and if requested, we also have disposable gloves available.

If you have significant symptoms for COVID-19 requiring self-quarantine, we must insist that you use one of the above contact methods to share your needs with us. Remember that significant symptoms of COVID-19 may include:

  • Shortness of breath
  • Fever/chills
  • Cough
  • Fatigue
  • Chest Pressure
  • Headaches
  • Body Aches
  • Sore Throat

These symptoms do not guarantee an individual has COVID-19 and a lack of these symptoms does not guarantee an individual does not have COVID-19. Please exercise appropriate precautions and Be Well.
